Orders & Delivery

Q : Can you process orders and make delivery on weekends?
A : No. We are currently only able to process orders and fulfil deliveries on weekdays.

Q : When can I expect my order to be delivered? 
A : We currently take between 3-5 working days to process orders and fulfil deliveries.

Q : What time can I expect my delivery to arrive? 
A : Our deliveries will take place during office hours from Monday – Friday, 830AM to 600PM. Please ensure that someone is at the shipping address to receive the order.

Changing / Cancelling Orders

Q : Can I make changes to my order?

Q : I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

Returns / Refunds

Q : Can I make a return or get a refund for my order?
A : Refunds are given if the wines are damaged or if the order was wrongly processed on our end. The goods have been returned to our warehouse before we can make a refund. Please note that this automatically incurs a $35 handling fee charged by our logistic providers.
